Whyyucatán grew out of a question we hear every day: why Yucatán? Our job is to help you answer it, and to stay beside you until you have the keys.
Guidance from start to finish
We don't send you a list and wait. We help you choose an area, review every development with you, arrange visits and guide you through the notary process until handover.

We set up tours in person, or live video calls if you're not in Mérida yet.

We help with negotiation, document review and signing. If you're a foreign buyer, we explain how the bank trust (fideicomiso) works.

We stay close for the move, utilities, property management or renting it out.
